• Q: How long does it take to switch from producing one specification to another? Is the process complicated?

  • A: Switch time mainly depends on die change and heating time. Thanks to the quick-release flange connection, changing the die head is relatively fast. Typically, with熟练 operation, a major mechanical specification switch can be completed within 2-4 hours. Process parameter adjustments (temperature, speed, draw ratio) can be done quickly on the touch screen.

• Q: Can this equipment produce round or other shaped PP products?

  • A: This production line is optimized for producing flat PP products (strapping, flat yarn). Its cooling, stretching, and haul-off systems are designed for flat products. Producing round cross-sections or other complex shapes would require redesigning the die head, cooling tank, and potentially subsequent processing equipment, which is not within this standard configuration.

• Q: Do you provide custom die services? What about cost and lead time?

  • A: Yes, we provide professional custom die services. The standard quotation includes 1 set of basic die. You can order up to 2 additional custom die sets as needed. Custom dies require you to provide clear final product specification drawings or samples. Cost and lead time depend on die complexity and materials, which usually need to be confirmed separately after contract signing.
